Cathodic Protection System Installation Services
Corrpro Canada™ provides turnkey installations with superior project management, in-house material manufacturing, and a trained workforce to accomplish each project. Our field staff construction employees include project managers, superintendents, foremen, operators, commercial drivers, and laborers. Corrpro Canada operates the required support equipment (excavators, backhoes, trenchers, auger drills, etc.) to meet our North America customer construction requirements. All personnel have the required safety training, certifications, and adhere to a strict drug testing policy.
Linear Anode Installations
Linear anode systems allow for localized CP current in hard-to-protect areas. Corrpro Canada has installed more than 100 miles of CorrFlex® linear anode systems along pipeline networks. Our construction personnel are certified to operate in close proximity to pipelines and utilize plowing/trenching equipment where required.
Deep Anode Groundbeds
Corrpro Canada owns and operates a fleet of six mud rotary drill rig and support equipment for the installation of Deep Anode Groundbeds across North America. Our construction teams have years of drilling experience and are operator qualified to provide this turnkey services. The Drilling teams are strategically positioned to be responsive to customer needs and execute with safety and quality as the top priorities.
AC and DC Mitigation Services
Corrpro Canada not only designs AC mitigation systems but has the construction teams and equipment to complete the installation of these essential corrosion/hazard mitigation systems within the joint utility corridors.
Concrete Services
Corrpro Canada provides extensive corrosion engineering services and concrete cathodic protection services, systems and materials for steel reinforced concrete structures including bridges, parking garages, buildings and marine structures, such as piers and wharves. Our fully qualified staff provides engineering, research, inspection and other consulting services.
Vacuum Excavation
Corrpro Canada offers cost-effective, safe and efficient vacuum excavation services for various applications. Using Hydro-vacuum units, Corrpro Canada crews can dig a 12-inch x 12-inch x 5-foot deep pothole in most soils in just 15 minutes.
Surface Bed Installations
Corrpro Canada has the ability to turnkey these types of installations with superior project management, in-house material manufacturing and a trained workforce to accomplish each project. The construction staff is well versed and receives annual safety training at a minimum.
